The competition will be in three categories:
- Junior Secondary School (JSS)
- Senior Secondary School (SSS)
- Tertiary (Undergraduates from Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education)
In each of these categories, the competition would take place progressively in 3 stages/levels:
- State Competition
- Regional Competition
- National Competition
Registration is only possible into the State Competition. Competitors then progress through the other stages/levels.
